These terms govern purchases of custom printed puzzle postcards (“Products”) from Sarcastic Puzzle Cards (“we”, “us”). They are a starting point for development and must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer in your EU/UK jurisdiction before you rely on them with paying customers.

1. Who we are

2. Custom goods

Products are made to your specifications (including text and imagery you provide). You are responsible for the accuracy of shipping addresses and content approvals. We may refuse or cancel orders that breach our Acceptable Use Policy, with a refund of amounts paid where appropriate.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown at checkout and include applicable taxes only if explicitly stated. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.

4. Shipping and risk

Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes in line with your carrier terms and applicable consumer law. Pack defects or mis-ships should be reported promptly with photos.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU/UK)

For personalised goods made to your specifications, statutory cooling-off rights may not apply once production has begun with your approval. Defective or misdescribed goods may still be covered under consumer protection law—your counsel will align this clause with local rules.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Otherwise, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order except in cases of fraud or wilful misconduct—subject to legal review.
