Acceptable use & user content

You submit text and images for printing (“User Content”). This policy works alongside our Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy. Have counsel review this document for your country—hosting a witty disclaimer is not a substitute for legal advice.

1. No illegal or harmful content

You must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or that exploits or endangers minors; nor content that invades privacy, depicts non-consensual intimate imagery, or incites violence.

2. Caricature mode boundaries

Caricature mode (18+) is intended for adults and may allow sharper sarcasm, dark humor, and suggestive themes. It does not allow explicit sexual content, nudity, fetish content, graphic violence, gore, sexual content involving minors, threats, or hateful slurs.

3. Intellectual property

You represent that you own or have all necessary rights and licences to reproduce and print the User Content. You must not submit third-party trademarks, copyrighted works, or likenesses without permission.

4. Licence to us

You grant us a limited licence to use, store, reproduce, and adapt User Content solely to fulfil your order, provide support, and comply with law. We do not claim ownership of your jokes or artwork.

5. Moderation & refusal

We may review content before production. We may refuse, cancel, or refund orders that breach this policy or payment provider rules—even after payment—where permitted by law. Operational moderation reduces risk but does not guarantee outcomes in every jurisdiction.

6. Indemnity

To the extent enforceable, you agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your User Content, subject to caps and carve-outs your lawyer adds for consumer transactions.

7. Accounts

Sign-in via Google is subject to Google’s terms. Keep your account secure; notify us of suspected misuse.
